Amanda Smith Rasnick

Amanda Smith Rasnick, CMP, currently serves as the Destination Development & Experience Director at Shores & Islands Ohio since September 2008, where responsibilities include directing destination management functions and supporting tourism partners to enhance visitor experiences. Prior roles include Director of Group Accounts, focusing on group business generation through sales and marketing management, and significant involvement with the Meeting Professional International - Ohio Chapter as a board member, serving in various educational capacities from 2014 to 2019. Prior to Shores & Islands Ohio, Amanda was a Sales Manager at Kalahari Resort, promoting it as a premier meeting and event destination. Amanda hold a BA in Psychology, Anthropology & Sociology from Miami University.
