Claudia Gordo has held a variety of roles in the digital marketing, product management, and project management fields since 2007. Claudia began their career as a Copywriter at Wysiwyg in 2007 and then worked as a Web Content Manager at the Observatory for CiberSociedad in 2012. In the same year, they were a Digital Project Manager at Universia, where they organized digital events and proposed ideas and good practices. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Digital Product Manager at Agora Santander and CyberPractices Foundation. In 2019, they held two roles: Digital Strategist & Ecommerce Manager at Quiero unas BOBO's and Digital Marketing Strategist at Freelance. Finally, in 2020, they were a Project Manager at IE University and is currently a Product Manager at ShoreView.
Claudia Gordo has a diverse educational background. Claudia obtained a Licentiate degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universitat Jaume I in 2002-2007, followed by a Master in Political Analysis from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2008-2010. Claudia also completed a Máster en Comunicación Política, Institucional y Corporativa en entorno de crisis y riesgo from Universitat Rovira i Virgili in 2011-2012, and Business English from The University of Edinburgh in 2011-2012. In 2018-2019, they completed an Inbound Marketing degree from HubSpot Academy, and in 2019, they completed a Building Conversational Experiences with Dialogflow course from Coursera. In 2021, they obtained a Digital Product Manager degree from University of Virginia, and a Data Visualization degree from IE University. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a Google AI for Anyone course from edX. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics from Google in 2020, and Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in 2019.
