Becky Brand

Becky Brand is a seasoned Sales Director at Shorewest, REALTORS®, with a tenure beginning in May 1996. With a focus on agent development, Becky utilizes one-on-one coaching, group training, and effective business meetings to foster an innovative and team-oriented office environment. Previously, Becky served as Associate Sales Director, where responsibilities included coaching new agents, assisting with transactional issues, and facilitating weekly sales meetings and webinars. Earlier career experience includes roles in retail sales and management at Victorian Belle and Warehouse Shoes. Becky holds a degree from Miami University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
