Gary Sibilsky

Gary Sibilsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and sales management. Since May 2015, Gary has been a Sales Associate at Shorewest, REALTORS®, utilizing expertise in the real estate market to guide clients in finding suitable homes. Concurrently, since February 2015, Gary serves as the General Manager at West Marine, overseeing operations and financial performance at the largest flagship location in the Midwest for water sports and boating enthusiasts. Previously, from 1994 to 2014, Gary held various leadership roles at Kmart Corporation, culminating in the position of Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing store operations across the Midwest and supervising numerous store teams. Gary holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
