James Desmond

James Desmond has over 30 years of experience in real estate and management. Currently serving as Assistant Sales Director at Shorewest, REALTORS® since January 2002, James provides coaching to both new and veteran agents while conducting interviews for prospective real estate candidates. In the sales realm, James assists buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process, possessing extensive knowledge from first-time buyers to luxury home sales. Prior to their real estate career, James worked in production management at Thermoset Inc. from 1985 to 2001, focusing on brake and clutch component manufacturing. Academically, James holds degrees in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Milwaukee Area Technical College, along with a general education degree from Nicolet.
