Paula Bailey has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as the Assistant Sales Director at Shorewest Realtors since January 2000, where responsibilities include supporting the Sales Director in the daily operations of the New Berlin office. This office has been recognized as Office of the Year multiple times, with awards received in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2017. In addition, Paula conducts buyer consultations for first-time buyers, providing education on the home purchasing process. Previously, Paula held the position of Sales Director at the Downtown Office of The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., from 1994 to 2000, and worked as an Advertising Coordinator. Paula is an alumnus of UW Parkside, having attended from 1978 to 1982.
