Rick Bohmann has a robust career in real estate spanning several decades, currently serving as Vice President, Regional Manager, and Sales Director at Shorewest Realtors since 1978, where responsibilities include recruiting, training, and consulting both new and experienced agents to enhance their business performance. With expertise in industry-leading systems, transaction counseling, and contract negotiation, Rick has significantly contributed to the firm's success. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of General Manager of Operations and Site Selection at Commercial Site Selection from 1975 to 1978, focusing on site selection, construction, and store openings in Southeastern Wisconsin. Rick Bohmann earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Marquette University from 1968 to 1972 and completed secondary education at Marquette University High School.
