Karissa Pool

Karissa Pool currently serves as an IT Support Specialist at Shorr Packaging Corp. since April 2023, where responsibilities include administering Office 365 services, onboarding new hires, and managing mobile device enrollment. Previously, Karissa worked at Amazon Fulfillment Center from June 2017 to May 2023, holding various positions including IT Support Associate II, where technical issues were resolved efficiently, and IT Equipment Coordinator, responsible for asset management and inventory accuracy. As a Learning Ambassador, Karissa developed a training curriculum that significantly improved performance metrics. Earlier experience includes a Sales Associate position at Walmart, providing training and customer support. Karissa is pursuing a CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA Tech Career Academy and has ongoing education at College of DuPage and Illinois State University.
