Rey Ferolino

Rey Ferolino has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Rey currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Shortboxed, starting in October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at FORMA Brands as a Global Customer Service Solutions Manager from April 2017 to September 2021. In this role, Rey was responsible for overseeing customer service operations and implementing solutions.

Before their time at FORMA Brands, Rey worked at Directly as an Expert Operations Manager from June 2015 to November 2016. Rey then joined fitmob (later acquired by ClassPass) as an Operations and Community Support Manager from April 2014 to May 2015. Rey played a key role in managing operations and providing community support for this fitness-focused application.

Rey also gained valuable experience at GoPago (acquired by Amazon) as a Customer and Tech Support representative from March 2013 to December 2013. Rey assisted customers with mobile payment platform inquiries and support.

Prior to their time in the tech industry, Rey worked at Bare Escentuals as an Escalations Associate from April 2010 to March 2013. Rey provided excellent customer service and resolved issues across various Bare Escentuals departments and channels.

Rey began their career at Google in September 2008, where they served in multiple roles. Rey started as a Material Handler and Authorized Trainer, responsible for evaluating and recording book data. Rey then moved on to become a Department Lead, managing a team of 15 employees and providing guidance on productivity goals.

Rey's earliest work experience was at Action Link, where they worked as an Authorized HD Sony Representative from August 2007 to February 2009. Rey promoted and educated sales associates and consumers on Sony high-definition products. Rey also worked as an Authorized HP Representative from November 2006 to July 2007, conducting demonstrations and training sales associates on HP photography products.

Rey Ferolino began their education at Hartnell College from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Transfer Studies. Following that, they attended San Jose State University from 2005 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
