Shane Yeager

Shane Yeager has a diverse range of work experience in the field of video production and media. Shane is currently the CEO of CineSalon, a company that provides cinema-level video production services, influencer casting and management, project management, and media buying support. CineSalon is highly regarded in the industry and has worked with top agencies worldwide, the US military, and Inc 5000 brands.

In 2020, Shane founded ShortKlips, a company that connects brands with a network of video creators to produce social video assets efficiently and affordably. ShortKlips aims to be the most customer-centric media company.

Before these ventures, Shane worked as a producer at Mark Leisher Productions, LLC, where they played a crucial role in growing the company and was responsible for shooting, editing, and creating media for various clients. Shane also established essential business infrastructure.

Shane's experience includes working as a media producer at Salisbury University, where they created a wide range of video assets and gained a deep understanding of higher education requirements. Shane also served as the President of the Maryland Kappa Delta chapter of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity, where they successfully grew the membership and provided guidance during challenging times.

Early in their career, Shane worked as a team lead at TigerNews, where they managed a team of over 20 employees and achieved national recognition for their work.

Shane Yeager completed their high school education at Southern Columbia High School from 2006 to 2010. Shane then pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Baltimore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Additionally, Shane holds a certification as an Adobe Certified Expert, which they obtained from Adobe in May 2015. Prior to their college education, their field of study was Communication Arts - Media Production at Salisbury University.
