Jade Tan is an accomplished film and TV professional currently serving as the Vice President of Global Content & Programming, with extensive experience in driving viewer engagement and subscriber growth. Previously, Jade worked at Sky in various leadership roles, including Head of Planning and Scheduling Manager, where they developed innovative editorial strategies and oversaw major content initiatives. As a member of the BAFTA and a champion of diversity and inclusion, Jade co-chaired Sky's Multicultural Network and actively participated in mentoring schemes. In addition to their professional achievements, Jade is a dedicated volunteer with the Volunteer Centre Hackney and has launched new FAST channels at ShortsTV. Jade holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from The University of Manchester.
