Jamie Dicken

Jamie Dicken is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software development. Currently serving as Director of Security Assurance at New Relic, Jamie established and leads teams focused on Product Security Assurance and Infrastructure Security Assurance, spearheading initiatives such as the Secure Developer Experience and centralized vulnerability management programs. Previously, as Director of Security Assurance at Resilience, Jamie built the Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization, authored security policies, and led regulatory compliance initiatives. Jamie's earlier roles include managerial positions at Cardinal Health and McKesson-RelayHealth, where significant contributions were made to security engineering, project management, and team development. Jamie holds a BS in Computer and Information Science with a focus on Software Engineering from The Ohio State University.
