Florent Lachenaud

Florent Lachenaud serves as the COO and CFO at Shotgun! since October 2021, overseeing Operations with a team of approximately 30 members, including Account Management, Customer Care, Finance, Data, HR, and Legal. Lachenaud has successfully raised over €7 million in Series A funding and non-dilutive financing, built a high-performing finance team, structured subsidiaries in the US and Brazil, negotiated substantial savings from SaaS suppliers, and implemented profitability monitoring processes. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Accuracy, focused on business plans, transactions, and valuation, an M&A intern position at Société Générale, a Private Equity Analyst intern role at PAI Partners, and a Solvency II Policy intern at the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris and an exchange program at Chulalongkorn University.
