Romain Dugier has had a wide range of work experiences since 2011. In 2011, they were a Marketing Assistant at Chateau La Coste. In 2012, they were a Marketing Assistant at Eurocopter. In 2013, they were an Intern in Brand Innovation at Dragon Rouge. In 2014, they were a Group Manager Assistant (intern) at L'Oréal, where they were in charge of the Marketing Mix Deployment on the field and responsible for the brand identity expression. Finally, in 2015, they became a Co-Founder and CRO at Shotgun, where they are in charge of the business expansion of the company and is responsible for opening new business areas, signing key partners around the world, closing and managing key accounts, and managing country managers.
Romain Dugier completed a Bachelor's degree in Law from Aix-Marseille University in 2012. Romain then went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Marketing at Korea University Business School in 2012. Following this, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing and Brand Management from I.A.E. d'Aix Graduate School of Management in 2014.
