Osvald Martret has a diverse work experience in the mobility and transportation sector. Osvald is currently the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Shotl, a mobility platform that provides on-demand bus services in 8 European countries. Before that, they were a Founding Partner of Camina Lab, a Mobility Venture Builder focused on applying business thinking to mobility sector challenges.

Osvald Martret was also a Founding Partner and CEO of Drivania Chauffeurs, a leading chauffeur service in Europe specializing in ground transportation. During their time at Drivania, they focused on expanding operations in Europe and North America and implemented technology to improve service updates for customers.

Additionally, Osvald Martret worked as the General Manager - Channel Partners and Director of Special Projects at Swvl, where they played a critical role in maintaining relationships with channel partners and ensuring successful project completion.

Earlier in their career, Osvald Martret co-founded Shotl - On-demand Shuttles, where they served as the COO and later the CEO. This mobility platform optimized mass transportation through routing algorithms and mobile dispatching.

Prior to that, they co-founded Foreride, Inc., a marketplace for limo chauffeurs, and Theroutebox.com, a marketplace for limo services. Osvald also worked as a Transportation Manager at MAXAM and as an Operations Manager at Transcoma, where they managed shipping agency services.

Osvald Martret began their education in 1989 at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they pursued a degree in Nautical Science. Osvald completed their studies in 1995. Following this, from 1995 to 1996, Martret attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas, obtaining a Master's degree in Management, International Transport, and Harbour.

In 2009, Martret furthered their education by enrolling in the Global Growth Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This program, held in Barcelona, was led by Prof. Keneth P. Morse and Prof. Bill Autlet, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies. Martret's participation in this program lasted until 2010.
