John Gilbert possesses extensive experience in education and martial arts. As a Teaching Professional at the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ) since January 2014, John also serves as a Sales Representative for nikaze, specializing in marketing and selling martial arts equipment. In addition to these roles, John has been a Volunteer Mentor at the Barreau du Québec and a Judge for the Concours entrepreneur du Quebec and the Government of Quebec since 2000, evaluating business plans at a national level. John has consistently contributed to martial arts as a referee for Karate Quebec and Karate Canada since 1983 and holds significant positions with SKIF Canada and as Principal Owner of Club de Karate SKIF Richelieu Yamaska. Academic credentials include a Diplôme d'études supérieures from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
