Allison Buchanan

Allison Buchanan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Allison began their career as a Mixologist at Williams & Graham in 2012, where they worked until 2017. Following that, they served as a Bartender at Matsuhisa from 2017 to 2023. In 2021, Allison transitioned to a role as an Administrative Assistant and auditor at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Geographic Information Systems Engineer at SHOTOVER Systems, starting in March 2023.

Allison Buchanan completed a Graduate Certificate in Earth Data Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Metropolitan State University of Denver, graduating in 2019. Allison has also pursued additional education in Advanced Metalsmithing at the Denver School of Metal Arts. Moreover, they have shown interest in physics and astronomy and has taken courses in that field at Portland State University. Furthermore, Allison holds a certification named BAR 5 Day, Bar Ready 2014 from the Beverage Alcohol Resource institution.
