Deb Grant

Deb Grant serves as the President & CEO of Corporate Playbook, a consulting firm focused on Executive Coaching and Strategic Solutions, based in New Orleans. With a rich background in leadership, Deb also leads Dining With Deb™, a platform fostering meaningful conversations among professional women. Presently, Deb holds independent director roles at SoundThinking and Edelman and is an active member of The Executive Leadership Council, which aims to enhance the development of black executives. Previous experiences include key positions at GE, including President of the GE Foundation and Chief Diversity Officer, where efforts focused on enhancing diversity and inclusion. Deb's educational qualifications include an honorary doctorate from Clarkson University, a Master's in Public Administration from Southern University, and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Louisiana State University.
