Mr. Feng was previously the chief engineer, senior engineer, deputy general manager cum chief engineer and director of Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd. (“Aeolus Tyre”) (formerly known as “Henan Tyre Factory” and “Henan Tyre Co., Ltd”) from 1982 to 2017. Aeolus Tyre was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in October 2003 (Stock code: 600469).
