Jeff Palo

Jeff Palo has over 30 years of experience in production management in the music industry. Jeff started their career as a Production Manager at Capitol Records in 1989, where they were responsible for inventory planning, new release coordination, and distribution. In 1992, they joined Virgin Records America, Inc. as a Senior Director of Production, overseeing the release timeline and milestones for various products. Since 2003, Jeff has worked as the Senior Vice President of Production at Shout Factory, where they provide leadership and control of all operational functions, manages the timeline and workflow of physical releases, and is the primary operations contact with distribution.

Jeff Palo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bowling Green State University. Jeff attended the university from 1978 to 1982.
