Lou Schlaffer is a hands-on Controller currently at Shout! Factory since 2015. Previously, they served as a Corporate Accounting Manager at Amgen from 1998 to 2000, where they managed monthly closings and contributed to Y2K compliance efforts. Lou also held the position of Controller at Nova Development and Avanquest Software from 2005 to 2008, driving improvements in financial operations and preparing the company for acquisition.
