Madison Wells

Madison Wells is an experienced professional in the events management sector, currently serving as Manager of Show Services and Producer at Show Imaging, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Madison held various positions at UC San Diego from September 2015 to January 2022, culminating as Senior Associate Director of Alumni Engagement Strategy and encompassing responsibilities in regional events and strategic planning. Significant achievements include coordinating over 2,500 events with an annual budget of approximately $1.6 million. Madison also gained experience as Event Lead at Behind the Scenes Catering and Events, managing complex VIP events, and started as Event Manager at UC San Diego Catering.
