Dave Hanks

Dave Hanks has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Human Capital for Hitachi Astemo in the Americas since February 2014. In previous roles within Hitachi Astemo, Hanks was the AVP of Human Capital for Centers of Excellence and directly managed HR across multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities. Prior to joining Hitachi, Hanks was VP of Human Resources at Aristech Acrylics LLC and Director at Terex Corporation, overseeing HR functions for numerous employees across various locations. Early career positions included HR leadership roles at Fiberweb plc, Tyco, and Guardsmark. Hanks holds a BA in Business, History, and Geography from Western Kentucky University and furthered education at Purdue University.
