Kara Saunders

Kara Saunders is an experienced professional in SAP development and business analysis, currently serving as an SAP Development Manager at Astemo Ltd. since October 2025. Previously, Kara held multiple roles at KLS Martin Group from August 2018 to October 2025, including SAP Manager and SAP Technical Lead, alongside experience as an SAP ABAP Programmer and Business Analyst. Prior to that, Kara worked as a Business Analyst at Deutsche Bank from April 2016 to August 2018 and was involved with IBM from May 2001 to October 2010 as both an SAP Functional Analyst (HR-Benefits) and an ABAP Programmer. Kara earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Tulsa between 1998 and 2002 and attended Albuquerque Academy from 1994 to 1998.
