Javier LaFontaine, MBA has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Javier began their career at Comdata as a Senior Telephone Service Representative before joining IBM as an Advisory IT Specialist. At IBM, they provided network support for telecommunications platforms and worked closely with customer call centers. Javier then moved to VF Imagewear, where they held various roles including Director of Customer Service, Sales Development Manager, and National Accounts Sales Manager. Javier led new business development efforts, defined business strategies, and managed sales teams. Javier also spearheaded the launch of a new sales company in Mexico, assuming the role of Managing Director. After their tenure at VF Imagewear, Javier joined AmeriPride Services as a Sales Consultant, focusing on new business development and building effective relationships with customers. Currently, Javier serves as the Regional Vice President Sales - East at Showdown Displays, where they lead a team of Territory Sales Managers and is responsible for building relationships with resellers and offering innovative solutions to meet their visual communication needs.
Javier LaFontaine, MBA completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing at Lipscomb University, graduating in 1991. Javier then pursued higher education and earned their MBA degree from Belmont University - Jack C. Massey College of Business between 1996 and 1998.
