Carla Stelzer

Carla Stelzer currently serves as a Produktmanager at Duschbrocken since January 2025. Previously, Carla held the position of Marketing Managerin at WALA from September 2023 to August 2024, focusing on global sales activation, marketing projects, communication concepts, process optimization, and product management. Prior roles include Organisation & Culture Manager at MotionMiners GmbH from April 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, HR, organizational development, operations, and event management, as well as a Werkstudierende position in strategy, HR, and operations. Carla gained experience as a User Experience & Design Thinking Coaching Intern at robert bosch and worked in marketing and event management as a student assistant during the Karrieretag der Fachhochschule Südwestfalen. Additionally, an internship in individual career coaching for refugees and migrants was completed at BeginnerLuft gGmbH. Carla Stelzer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Project Management from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and a First State Examination in Law from Ruhr University Bochum.
