Elayne McKinney began their work experience in 2002 as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at CareMedic Systems. Elayne then moved on to KB Home in 2004, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager and achieved significant growth and cost reduction. In 2008, Elayne became the CEO of Showhomes St. Petersburg, a specialized staging service for the real estate industry, where they focused on creating a positive impact and maximizing sales efforts.
Elayne McKinney has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of South Florida, which they obtained in 1997. Elayne then pursued further education and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the same university in 1999. In 2012, Elayne attended the Harvard Business School for the Real Estate Management Program: New Conditions, New Leaders (REM).
