Stephanie Yau

Stephanie Yau is a Principal Workday Analyst on the People Technology team at Showpad, where responsibilities include expertise in HCM, Talent, Compensation, Absence Management, People Experience, and Integration Systems. Additionally, Stephanie is a member of the Customer Sharing Movement, which fosters knowledge sharing among Workday users. Prior to Showpad, Stephanie held various positions at Redfin, progressing from Application Analyst to Manager of HRIS, managing numerous Workday projects. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Swedish and Intermec Technologies, supporting HRIS implementations and data analysis. Education credentials include an MBA in Management Information Systems from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Geography from the National University of Singapore, along with a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Management Institute.
