Clayton Domina began their work experience in 2016 as a Co-Founder of StoreShare, an online marketplace for unique and creative locations in Canada. In this role, they focused on helping artists, brands, and designers find suitable spaces for their various needs.
In 2016, Clayton also worked as a Business Development Intern at Course Hero, where they were responsible for implementing new business development strategies and marketing initiatives to increase visibility of the Course Hero educational platform on the University of Toronto campus. Additionally, they led a team of over 40 students to promote the use of Course Hero among their friends and peers.
Since 2018, Clayton has been employed at Showpass, initially as a Senior Business Development Representative and later as a Business Development Rep Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for building and coaching the business development representative team. Clayton interviews and hires candidates, provides onboarding and continued coaching, sets targets aligned with company goals, plans and manages incentive structures, and assists team members in their professional growth and achievement of their goals.
Clayton Domina attended Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance and Economics. In July 2016, they also obtained a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification from Moody's Analytics - Canadian Securities Institute.
