Bronson started their career at Classique Jewelers as an Administrative Assistant, where they successfully implemented an inventory tracking system. Their skills and abilities were recognized, leading to their next role as an Office Manager at Priority Appliances Online. In this position, they revitalized the struggling service-side of the company and implemented transformative technology, resulting in a 70% success rate for first service calls. Bronson then joined Adams Pool Solutions as a Project Manager, where they implemented operational turnaround strategies and improved efficiency through the implementation of scheduling software.
