Jennifer Garaffa

Jennifer Garaffa is an experienced stage manager and performer with a diverse background in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Stage Manager at Universal Orlando Resort since January 2024, Jennifer previously held a similar role at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, overseeing various entertainment operations. With a long tenure at Walt Disney World since March 2006, Jennifer has excelled as a performer and facilitator, contributing to numerous beloved productions and events. In addition to stage management, Jennifer is a dedicated teaching faculty member at Showstopper Dance, an adjudicator for Impact Dance Adjudicators, and co-founder of the Orlando Tap Dance Collective. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Arts and Culture Management and Marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
