Daniel Richardson

Daniel Richardson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in resident services and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Resident Services Coordinator at SHP Management since February 2010 and as President of Quality of Life Insurance, LLC since February 2016, Daniel has developed strong expertise in managing resident needs and organizational operations. Prior experience includes a role as an Adjunct Professor at PGCC from October 2011 to July 2016 and as a Resident Services Coordinator at Aimco Apartment Homes from February 2005 to February 2010. Daniel holds an MBA in Healthcare from Walden University (2012-2016) and a BBA in Management from the University of the District of Columbia (2001-2004), along with undergraduate education at California College (2005-2009).
