Lynn Lippia

Lynn Lippia began their work experience as a Resident Services Coordinator at Eastland Property Management in October 1989. Lynn held this position until March 1993. In March 1993, Lynn joined SHP Management as a Resident Services Coordinator and continued in this role until September 2005. Lynn then took on the role of Director of Resident Services at SHP Management in September 2005, and their employment with the company is ongoing.

Lynn Lippia completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Fair Housing Compliance from NAHMA in June 2010 and as a Certified Resident Services Coordinator from RISCC in January 1994.
