Shpira Capital Advisors is an investment bank focused on public and private companies in the information technology and communication services sectors globally. We source and execute technology-focused transactions for our global investor base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, pension funds, endowments, corporate strategic investors, and sovereign wealth funds. Our transactions range from direct private technology investments to various investment strategies including private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds with a primary focus on growth-stage B2B software and the Internet.
The candidate will report to SCA's executive team. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying and qualifying institutional investors (RIAs, family offices, pension funds, endowments) to market firm's transactions • Researching and performing due diligence of investment opportunities with SCA's investment committee • Booking deal and non-deal roadshows in the US and overseas • Developing the firm's technology platform in order to facilitate investor access • Assisting in other projects related to on-going investor relations
Expected qualifications and requirements: • A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field • FINRA Series 63 & 82 (or in lieu of these, Series 7) • CFA or CAIA qualification (preferred) • A methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to projects, tasks, and problem-solving • Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
