Kelsey Watlington

Kelsey Watlington has worked in a variety of roles in the financial sector. In 2019, they worked as a Teller/ATM Custodian at Wells Fargo. In 2020, they worked as an Accounting Clerk at Averhealth, where they conducted special audit projects to minimize errors before clients are billed and information is submitted to the ERP system. In 2021, they worked as an Audit Intern at Deloitte, where they utilized proprietary analytical and cloud technologies to apply solutions for audit planning. Currently, they work as a Financial Business Analyst at SHR Consulting Group and is also involved in the Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance, where they serve on the Richmond Chapter's Emerging Leaders Committee, the 2023 AFWA Nominating Committee for the Board of Directors, and the 2023 Early Career Initiative subcommittee.

Kelsey Watlington is currently enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Data Analytics. Kelsey is expected to graduate in 2022. In April 2021, Kelsey obtained a Tableau Fundamentals certification from Tableau. Kelsey also became a Lifetime Member of Beta Alpha Psi in August 2020.
