Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma currently serves as the Head of Project Management at Shree Cement Ltd. since April 2023, focusing on sales and logistics transformation through digital innovation and the implementation of S&OP, along with the integration of advanced GIS and analytics within SAP/CRM systems. Previously, Amit held the role of General Manager at Shree Cement Ltd., where responsibilities included enhancing cement production efficiency and exploring vertical integration opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in strategic planning as a Colonel at Def-Corps Security, Amit also served on the board of U P Purva Sainik Kalyan Nigam Limited, overseeing strategic reviews and due diligence across numerous client relationships. Prior military service includes significant leadership roles in the Indian Armed Forces, most notably as Commanding Officer and Chief Logistics Officer, where Amit managed extensive teams and logistics contracts. Amit holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from the National Defence Academy.
