Gaurav Rode-Jain

Gaurav Rode-Jain is a seasoned professional in performance excellence with expertise in SAP PM and maintenance systems implementation. Currently serving as DGM Performance Excellence at Shree Cement Ltd. since March 2024, Gaurav is focused on Industry 4.0 initiatives. Previously, Gaurav held various roles at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. from January 2020 to March 2024, including responsibilities as a Group Inventory Controller and SAP PM consultant for both greenfield and brownfield plant rollouts. Gaurav's career began at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., where important experience was gained as a Maintenance Planner in Mechanical Maintenance from July 2007 to December 2019. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, graduated in 2007.
