Rajiv Sadavarti

Rajiv Sadavarti is an experienced professional in the field of performance excellence and management, currently serving as Vice President (Head) of Performance Excellence at Shree Cement Ltd. since December 2023. Rajiv has held various leadership roles at FLSmidth from June 2011, including General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Prior to that, Rajiv worked as an AED at Dalmia Bharat Limited. Rajiv's career also includes significant positions at Jaypee Associates Ltd., Ramco Systems Limited, and ACC -RCD, as well as foundational engineering experience at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Raipur. Rajiv's diverse expertise spans technical, management, and after-market roles across several reputable organizations.
