Sumankalyan Roy

Sumankalyan Roy is a seasoned HR and IR professional with over 20 years of experience working with esteemed companies such as Pepsi, HCC, Zydus Cadila, Torrent, Birla Cement, and currently Shree Cement Ltd. Since April 2016, Sumankalyan has held the position of AGM P & A at Shree Cement Ltd. Previously, Sumankalyan served as Sr Manager-Personnel at SONAR BANGLA CEMENT, leading HR, Admin, IR, PR, and CSR functions. Experience also includes managerial roles in HR at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Zydus Cadila, where responsibilities involved comprehensive HR functions and manpower management. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from NIPM Kolkata, SHRM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Burdwan. Additionally, Sumankalyan completed a series of blended courses in Strategic Human Resources Management at IIMA.
