Previous roles include Director of Sales and Catering at Hilton Garden Inn and Sales Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott, where Genesis specialized in extended stays and group sales. Early career experience includes serving as Marketing Team Leader for Marriott Vacation Club International and Home Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores. Genesis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
