Tom Ware

Tom Ware has a diverse work experience in the sports and property industries. Tom started their career as a football scout for Huddersfield Town FC and later worked as an intern at Wasserman, where they assisted in commercial and marketing strategies. Tom also worked as a commercial property agent at Savills, gaining the qualification of Chartered Surveyor. In 2019, they joined Cheltenham Town FC as a 1st Team Recruitment Analyst and later became the Head of Recruitment at Shrewsbury Town FC in 2023. Overall, Tom has demonstrated proficiency in recruitment analysis, scouting, commercial property management, and sports marketing.
