Digamber M. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. DIGAMBER is currently the Head of Corporate Quality and Compliance at Shreya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., where they are responsible for establishing total corporate quality management in accordance with regulatory standards. Prior to this, they worked at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., initially as a General Manager CQA and later as a Deputy General Manager CQA. In these roles, they were involved in various quality management activities such as QMS review and approval, vendor audit and compliance, regulatory inspections, and project management. Digamber M. also gained experience at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Senior Manager QA Compliance, focusing on QMS, vendor audit, and compliance with FDA regulations. DIGAMBER started their career at Sandoz India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Scientist LCM, where they implemented global SOPs and ensured audit and compliance. Digamber M.'s early career experience includes a role as an Assistant Manager QC/QA at USV PRIVATE LIMITED and an Officer QA/QC at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. In both positions, they were involved in QC and IPQA activities, monitoring daily testing and ensuring compliance with GLP standards.

From 1998 to 2000, Digamber M. pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Drug Chemistry at the University of Pune Ahmednagar College.
