Joey Gullion

Joey Gullion was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2025. Mr. Gullion previously served as Chief Commercial Officer for SI Group, a leading global producer of additives and chemical intermediates. During his time at SI Group, Joey led the Commercial and R&D organizations. Prior to SI Group, Mr. Gullion spent eight years in chemical distribution leading the market focused specialty business of Nexeo Solutions which was later purchased by Univar Solutions. Earlier in his career Joey served as General Manager of the Valves and Mechanisms group of Curtiss Wright Flow Control and Vice President of Marketing at Alimak Hek. Joey graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Marketing and holds an M.B.A. from Rice University.
