Rich Kagan

Rich Kagan is a distinguished medical professional currently serving as Professor Emeritus in the Department of Surgery at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine since November 2019. Rich Kagan has held the role of Chief of Staff, Emeritus at Shriners Hospitals for Children since February 2015, following a tenure as Chief of Staff from May 2004 to January 2015. Rich Kagan earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Saint Louis University between 1970 and 1974 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University from 1966 to 1970.
