As the Group CTO of the Shriram Group, which is a major player in Financial Services, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Wealth Management, Infrastructure, Power and Engineering Services, he has been driving the Group Vide Technology initiatives which include Software Application Management, IT Infrastructure, Data Centres, DR and BCP, Call Centres, Customer Services Desk and also the Business Process Re-engineering initiatives across the Group Entities.
