Norah Jones is the Principal and Founder of C3 Legal, a position held since May 2022. Additionally, Norah serves as a Board Member at the Shriver Center on Poverty Law since January 2018. From September 2006 to May 2022, Norah was an attorney in the Tax-Exempt Organizations Group at Quarles & Brady LLP, specializing in legal and tax matters for public charities, private foundations, hospitals, and other tax-exempt entities. Previous roles include Chair of the Associate Board of the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law from 2010 to December 2012, and Board Member at the Remy Bumppo Theatre Company from 2010 to 2012. Before transitioning to the legal field, Norah worked as a planner for the City of Chicago from 2000 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2006), an MUPP from the University of Illinois Chicago (2001), and a BA in Social Work and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1998).
