George Rivera currently serves as the Senior Vice President of SHRM Enterprise Solutions at SHRM, with a focus on elevating the HR profession and empowering workplaces. Previously, George held various positions at Paychex, including Director of Sales for the Northeast, where notable growth was achieved, and Senior District Sales Manager for Human Capital Management, overseeing HR Services in the Nation's Capital. George also worked as a District Sales Manager for Retirement Services, specializing in employee retirement planning for small businesses, and as a Major Account Manager at T-Mobile, facilitating offerings for enterprise organizations in the Southwest. George holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of New Mexico.
