Het D.

Het D. is a dedicated HR professional currently serving as an HR Outreach Intern at NJ TRANSIT, where they assist in recruitment activities, manage data tracking, and engage with community partners. They previously held roles at Dherya Inc. LLC as a Client Service Associate and worked as a Sales Lead at Old Navy. Additionally, Het D. contributed to employee experience at Retensa Employee Retention and served on the RUSHRM Senior Officer Advisory Board as well as Co-VP. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, building a solid foundation for their career in human resources.
