Jan Farve

Jan Farve, PHR, SHRM-SCP, ERS, CMSA, CME, is a seasoned human resources professional and educator with a dedication to people and service. They have held various roles, including Human Resources Director at Merchants Foodservice, and have progressed from entry-level positions at Super Kmart Corporation to leadership roles in multiple organizations. Jan served as an instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi, teaching HR courses, and has contributed to community initiatives through various volunteer positions with SHRM. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition and Compensation Manager at Hood Industries, Inc.
