Jay Fox is an honors student at Indiana University Indianapolis, majoring in both Law and Human Resources. Currently, Jay serves as the SHRM chapter president and works as a Human Resources Intern at Eli Lilly and Company. They have previously held positions as a Sales Associate at Camille La Vie/Group USA and a Keyholder at Lovisa Pty Ltd. In addition to academic pursuits, Jay mentors students in the Business Connect program at the Kelley School of Business and supports new students through various orientation initiatives.
